Invitation to Bid for Sell 1,000 MT
(1,000 Mt. P1020 (99.70)) Primary Aluminium
Tender No: 26/23/AAC
Almahdi Aluminium Co. (AAC) intends to sell and export 500-1,000 MT Aluminium SOW based on FCA / FOB Bandar Abbas-Iran, according to the following conditions:
Explanatory Notes:
1- Subject: Export of 1,000 MT (1,000 Mt. P1020 (99.70) Primary Aluminium
2- Introduction and Bid Guarantee:
All Bidders should send copies of their Introduction. Statute, Resume and Commercial License & Bid Guarantee in the Envelope marked "A".
3- Shipment: Partial Shipment is allowed. March 2023.
4- Bid's Price: Bids must be filled as per attached format on Bidder's official letter-head and signed by authorized signatory in a sealed and stamped envelope marked "B".
Proposals will be considered Six after closing date.
Unit Price proposed by bidders must be in MT/USD only and the other Currencies/Proposals will be rejected.
5- Delivery Term: FCA seller custom in Persian Gulf Mining and Metal Industries Special Economic Zone in Bandar Abbas or FOB Bandar Abbas, Iran.
6- Payment term: 100% Cash in advance shall be made according to Seller Payment Instructions
in favor of Almahdi and/or third party against Proforma Invoice.
7- Bid Guarantee: The amount of bid guarantee is 10-500,000,000 IRR per every 500MT which is paid to the following account in cash in IRR. (Min order is 500MT) and These guarantees should be valid at least for 1 months after submission.
The bid guarantee is to be presented with the bidder's Introduction, Statute, Resume and Commercial License, inside the envelope marked 'A'. Bids without, or with invalid bid guarantee will be rejected.

9- Closing date: Bids must reach to Almahdi Aluminium Co. Tehran office before 13:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, 09th of March, 2023. Late bids shall be rejected.
10- Other Terms and conditions:
•The extra documents, conditional, provisional, deficient, unsigned and unsealed proposals and those which are received after deadline are invalid and will be rejected.
•Almahdi Aluminium Co has the right to accept or reject any of proposals or negotiate for exact quantity changes.
• Confused bids or bids without Bid Guarantees or with an invalid guarantee will not be considered.
Bids without Envelopes or by E-Mail will not be considered.
