  شرح آگهی: Advertisement for selection of Individual Consultant HMIS Expert (IT) Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) intends to use part of the financing obtained from Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) towards procurement of an up-to-date Health Management Information System (HMIS) for the new Shariati Hospital, being built in district 22 of Tehran. The procurement of HMIS software will be in accordance with ISDB guidelines through International Competitive Bidding process. We hereby invite individual HMIS experts to join the Project Management Unit (PMU) in the role of the HMIS individual consultant. The responsibilities include preparation of the HMIS requirements and TOR, developing high level and ve involvement in decision making tasks with TUMS and the end users and auditing and monitoring the HMIS software and hardware vendors throughout the project implementation. Applicants should present assessable expertise and experience on large scale HMIS projects specifically in fields of systems architecture, solution development and project management methodologies and international and domestic standards regarding HMIS. Key Qualifications: - Highly Fluent in written and spoken English. jö - Experience in development of HMIS for large scale healthcare facilities, and - Familiarity with Ministry of Health and Medical University's HMIS standards and requirements.
