REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
(CONSULTANT SERVICES) Islamic Republic of Iran Development of Dr. Shariati Hospital Project
CONSULTING SERVICES Mode of Financing: Istisna'a
Project ID No.: IRN0104 The Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Development of Dr. Shariati Hospital Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include Audit of Project's Financial Statement and preparation of its Report. Please refer to the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Tehran Times newspaper, dated March 1, 2014 The TUMS now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications and clearly specify the type of association (a joint-venture or sub consultancies) A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under Islamic Development Bank Financing (current edition) Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours between. 09:00 to 17:00 hours (local time). Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 21 November 2018.
