Masjed Soleyman Petrochemical Industries Co (MIS), hereinafter referred to as seller is going to sell a certain amount of Granular Urea Fertilizer through international sales tender as per attachment. Notes:
This correspondence is just for sake of price proposal and does not create any commitment for us before signing the PI by the seller.
The buyer must deliver the bellow documents before signing the PI:
-Trade license of company
-CEO passport copy
-Documents of Registration company
Performance Guarantee:
- Prior to issuance of 'PI' by MIS Company, the Buyer MUST deliver an amount equal to USD $ 2% of his/her total offer amount (total offer amount offered price* total needed product) in cash or its equivalent in USD/Euro/AED within at most 24 hours from notification to buyer to MIS office in UAE or Turkey.
(Pleas pay attention: this procedure shall not be more than one working day)
-If payment is not settled within the specified time span, MIS reserves the right to cancel the deal and deposit money will not be paid back.
-MIS reserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason.
Incomplete offers that do not conform strictly to prescribed terms and conditions in this tender invitation will not be considered.
We have carefully gone through the terms and conditions of the tender and hereby agree to abide by the same without any deviations of mentioned conditions.
