International Tender for selection of Engineering Contractor for Feasibility study of Iran Namak Lake for production of DBM and all Evaporties cab be extracted economically.
EMDCO intends to select an International Engineering Contractor (inhere company) and his local subcontractor for providing Feasibility study Report for producing the Evaporites from Namak lake in center of Iran. The tender will be implemented in two stages without and interruption. the services to be provided by the company and its local partner will include but not limited to the following:
Detailed exploration activities,
Mining and Process design.
Feasibility study and site selection
Phase one: Prequalification
Tenderer should provide the following information in one week after announcement in newspaper. The document should be printed and delivered of officiall y emailed before 12 O'clock 30th May 2017
The required information
The company registration information
Company resume
Company reference for the similar projects
Key personals and their resumes
The nominated project manage, Control Project manager and engineering manager who will be assigned for the project and their resume
Introducing the local subcontractor (s)
the local subcontractor registration information
local subcontractor resumes
local subcontractor reference for similar projects
Key personals and their resumes
The nominated project manager who will be assigned for the project and his resume
The Preliminary Split works between Company and his local subcontractor
Note1: Company can introduce more than one local subcontractor to EMDCO
Note 2: The company is responsible for all scope of works (include subcontractors division and company
Note3: EMDCO is free to accept or reject company and his local contractor withount any announcement or explanation
Only the selected company (s) will receive the letter or announcement
Not 4 :EMDCO can choose company(s), conditionally.Company will be selected if the subcontractor confirmed by EMDCO
EMDCO will announce directly to the chosen company(s) in 5 Iranian working days. the chosen company(s) should purchase the tender document in 7 days against to pay 1000 Euros. The closing data will be 14th June, 2017
Phase two:providing Feasibility study Porposal
Company and his local subcontractor should provide feasibility study Proposal in 3 weeks with considering the following conditions:
Providing all requirements which are introduced in the tender documents
Providing technical and commercial proposal
Offer the best price
The final report should be acceptable by international financers as basic data
EMDCO is free to accept or reject company proposal (s) without any announcement or explanation.only the chosen company will be invited for signing the Contract.The closing data for final proposal will be befor 12 O'clock 28th of June 2017
