Note: packing: teh material should be contained in 500 kgs or 1.000 kgs big bag and shrink –wrapped on pallet
Special conditions:
1-full analysis report accompany the cargo
2- sending full test method for analysis of nasipg content is necessary
3- for final approval of technical offter, it is necessary to dispatch 2 lit of nasipg for analyzing by research and development department .this sample (2 lit) is free of charge. The result of analysis will be defined by research and development department and will indicate whether the supplier will be present in the tender or not
4- it is important to notify that sending analysis report and full test method for both of chemical i.e sample (2lit) and the material (80mt) are essential
5- after receiving the cargo,(80mt),stpc will analyze the material ,if there is non –conformity between the material (80mt) and specification mentioned in tender document, the cargo will be rejected and the supplier must pay all the costs
6- it is needed to send all requests in one part
