Granular Urea International Sales Tender
Masjed Soleyman Petrochemical Industries Co (MIS), hereinafter referred to as seller is going to sell a certain amount of Granular Urea Fertilizer through international sales tender as per attachment. Hence, you are kindly invited to submit your best and competitive counterbid at a fixed price utmost 09th January, 2024 at 13:00 (IRST) to the following email address: commercial@mispcc.com Please submit your counterbid as the bellow format:

*The counterbids for the prepayment less than 10.000 mt and 30% prepayment will not be considered.
Notes:
• Performance Guarantee
Prior to issuance of 'PI' by MIS Company, the Buyer MUST deliver an amount equal to USD $ 1% of his/her total offer amount (total offer amount offered price total needed product) in cash or its equivalent in USD/Euro/AED within most hours from notification to buyer to MIS' Trustee Company' office in UAE
or Turkey.
(Pleas pay attention: this procedure shall not be more than one working day)
As mentioned before buyer even could deposit IR Rials into MIS' Bank account in Iran & receive delivery/deposit of funds transfer confirmation from MIS' HQ office in Tehran.
• If payment is not settled within the specified time span, MIS reserves the right to cancel the deal and deposit money will not be paid back.
We have carefully gone through the terms and conditions of the tender and hereby agree to abide by the same without any deviations of mentioned conditions.

- Quantity: 10.000 MT +5%
- Payment Method: At least 30% in advance up to more, within 5 working days after issuance of 'PI' by
MIS' Trustee Company, and the remaining balance before loading completion
- Delivery Time Schedule: last week of January-first half of February 2024
- Packaging: Bulk
-Vessel loading rate: 4000-6,000 MT/day (negotiable based on nominated vessel)
- Specification:
Nitrogen (Minimum by weight): 46%
Biuret (Maximum by weight): 1%
Moisture (Maximum by weight): 0.5%
Particle Size 2.0-4.0 mm (Minimum by weight): 90%
Payment would be feasible under following path: Buyer could deposit / transfer the amount in UAE
(Turkey is possible also but not recommended) in CASH to the official accounts, announced by MIS.
