National Iranian Copper Industries Company
Quantity: 40,000 (Forty thousand) MT +/- 10% in Seller's option. The minimum quantity shall not be less than 25MT.
Quality: Copper Scrap, Copper Matte, Copper white metal, Copper Blister, Off grade Copper Cathode. The Bare copper wire with the diameter of over one millimeter and Copper ingot are preferable.
Shipment: In one or partial shipment. The exact time of shipment shall be agreed upon by Buyer & Seller at the time of contract settlement.
Delivery: CIF Bandar Abbas/Iran or CIP any Iranian customs. (Other delivery term based on incoterms 2020 is negotiable)
Price: The price shall be based on official LME cash settlement price for copper grade 'A' in USD as published in the London Metal Bulletin, averaged over the quotational period per metric ton of copper content with discount of A% (A percent) of LME price as indicated as formula below:
PRICE= (100%-A)* LME cash settlement price * Y
Where: A= discount percentage on LME cash settlement price.
Y= final copper content of copper material which assay shall be determined at NICICO's plant lab.
Note: The discount factor (A%) shall be indicated in the offer.
Quotational Period: The quotational period for any unknown price is negotiable.
Weighing/Sampling/Analysis: Seller and Buyer mutually appoint an international inspection company at Buyer's plant (i.e. Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, Kerman province/Iran) for weighing/sampling & analysis procedure (determining Cu, Zn, Pb, Al, Fe, Sn & As assay) which cost shall be shared between Seller and Buyer 50/50 and the result is final & binding for final calculations.
Note: the assay of elements Pb & As shall be within following range otherwise, related penalties shall be applied. Pb ≤ 1%
As ≤ 10 ppm.

Offers must be presented to NICICO Sales Dept. only through email sent to sales-tender@nicico.com till end of Monday 4th December 2023 local time. It is very important that offers shall be definitely sent to the sales-tender@nicico.com and the ones sent to any other email addresses won't be regarded as the tender participants and won't be evaluated subsequently.
NICICO reserves the right to reject the offers which will be sent after the validity due date.
NICICO reserves the right to reject any one or all offers, cancel or prolong the deadline.
NICICO reserves the right to reject any one or all offers which are out of range, considering the previous purchase records and the market situation.
In case the offer is accepted by NICICO, it will be advised via email by return.
Quantity less than above mentioned is also negotiable.
