INVITATION TO TENDER
Khorasan Petrochemical Company (KHPC) is planning to allocate a part of its uncoated Prilled Urea product in spot form to interested reputable companies active in Urea market. Therefore we would like to invite you to submit your most competitive proposal based on below conditions not later than 08:00 on Saturday, 19 august 2023, A.M. Tehran time
Product: uncoated Prilled Urea(without formaldehyde) in bags
Supplier: Khorasan Petrochemical Company (KHPC), IRAN
Quantity: 500 MT (only for export to turkey and european countries through land borders)
Delivery time: within 1 to 20 September 2023
Delivery term: fca Bojnourd Iran
Partial Shipment: Allowed
Packing: 1000 kg khpc marking or without marking 1250 kg without marking
Bag marking:
Payment terms: Cash in advance (in 2 parts, the first 20% within 5 working days after our agent's Pl issuance date and the balance before loading)
Currency of payment: USD (Exchangeable to AED or EURO) to be paid in the designated account by supplier (conversion rate to be daily exchange rate or the prevailing market rate at the time of PI issuance)

A: KHPC reserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason.
B: The cargo will be released when KHPC confirms the receipt of the whole payment.
C: Please note that offers received through any E-mail address(s) other than tender@khpc.ir shall remain as unacceptable and hence considered as null and void.
D: If the winner fails to fulfill his commitments under this tender, KHPC will reserve the right to not sell any products to this company for the next 3-6 months.
E: Bids should be valid up to one week after tender closing date.
F: Buyer accepts and takes all the responsibilities of the product's lumping/caking
G: For any other information, marketing@khpc.ir would be at your disposal.
