  شرح آگهی: first annocuncement  international invitation  for choosing a contractor  tender 9801544 r2  esfahan steel company esco intends to assign the operation of controlling and collecting the dust resulting  from charginal coal into the coke - production ovens of battery no 3 of the coke and chemicals production  plant to a capable and aualified company controling and collecting this dust should be done through one of the follwing three methods  1- the system for sealing the coal - charging machine during the charging fo coal into coke production ovens  2- a jumper system responsible for conducting coal dust to adjacent ovens  3- a system for collecting dust and treating it on a charging machine  not  the concise description of the battery number 3 the battery no 3 of esco s coke and chemicals production plant had 74 coke - production ovens in two separate  block 2*37=74 and it dimensions are h=7m , l=16m and w=410 mm , the useful volum of each production oven  is 41.3 m3 in the operation of charging damp coal with a dampness of 10% size 0-3 mm =77±2 withe an ash amount of 11% and volatile substances 25-28% 33 tons of coal are top - charged into the production ovens via a charging machime equipped with 3 coal bunkers the productinve capacity oe esco s battery no 3 is abotu 900.000 tons of coke a year with a yearly damp-coal consumption of about 1.305.000 tons this battery has coke - gas collection main with a pressure of 13 mmh20 on the side of machine and vacuum created provided via high- pressure ammonia water at the time of charging  active capable and willing companies are invited to respong to this international invitation letting us know in writing  about their readiness and sending their working resume , similar previous experiences and the name of experts this  filed of activity the related technical proposals shold be sent to contractmanater@esfahansteel/.ir up to may 9 2020  phone 98-31-5257-4514 and 98-31-5257-2593 برای شرکت در مناقصه حتما از تصویر اصل آگهی در سایت پارس نماد داده ها استفاده نمایید
