Introduction:
The NAK Company which we call it in this document “Employer” intent to select
proper contractor to buy InfoBlox Training Course services.
All tenderer must submit their own proposals based on this tender document by
the deadline of submission of tender.
A) Tender Condition:
1) Tender No: 20191111-01
2) Tender Subject: InfoBlox Training Course services
3) Employer: Naghsh Avval Keyfiat (NAK)
4) Tenderer (contractor): legal party who received tender documents and
intent to submit the proposal based on this document
5) Proposal: tenderer (contractor) must submit the prices, sign and seal the
tender documents & send together with the technical proposal, resume &
back ground.
6) Deadline for Submission of Tenders: NAK reject all the proposals which will
be received after the deadline.
7) Sign and seal of tender document: tenderer (contractor) must sign and seal
whole tender document after study and be informed about the tender
document, otherwise no excuse would be accepted about being ignorant on
documents.
8) Address of tender documents delivery: all proposals must be submitted in 1
packet to the following address:
NO.2, East Zayanderoud St, Pardis St, Mollasadra St, Vanak Sq, Tehran, Iran.

(Inserting the subject and tender no. on the envelops is mandatory)
9) Proposal description:
The envelops must contain signed and sealed copy of this tender
document including appendixes 1 & 2 and contract draft together with
proven background in same scope of work.
Note 1: Iranian companies must give their commercial offers in IRR currency and
be informed that all governmental taxes and social security rules will be executed
in the contract.
Note 2: The foreign companies may submit their proposals in one pdf form after
filling out the tender document & send via email to the following email addresses
at the deadline date / time of the tender deadline submission:
