this invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in the economist weekly newspaper july 6th 2013 first issue and july 20th 2013 second issue and in the economist digital edition july 13 2013 and july 20 2013
the esfahan regional electric company erec has received financing from the islamic development bank toward the cost of the esfahan power transmission project and it intends to apply part of the proceesd toward payments under the epc contract for construction fo the power transmission lines connected to five high voltage substations harand , faradonbeh , hosnijeh , semirom and lenjan
erec now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply , installation and commissioning of power transmission lines including 400 kv ohtl totally about 39 km , 230 kv ohtl totally about 90 km and 63kv ohtl totally about 105 km .the construction period is about 14 months
bidding will be conducted thruogh the international competitive bidding procedures as sepcified in the guidelines for procurement fo goods and works under islamic development bank financing , may 2009 amendee february 2012 and is open to all dligible bidders as difined in the quidelines all the contractors ard eligible except the boycott regulations fo the organization of the islamic conference the league of arab states and the afican union and the other provisions ot the
para 1.7 of the guidelines for procurement fo goods and works under islamic development bank fimacing may 2009
interested eligible bidders may abtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from erec at the address below suring office hours from 9:00 a.m to 14 p.m of local time
a complete set of bidding documents in english may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the addredss below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 5.000.000 iranian rials
the method of payment will be depositing of aforementioned nonrefundable fee to erec bank account number as follows the central bank of iran account num sheba code as ir030100004001101404023431 payable from all iranian banks
the document will be sent by e-mail or can be picked up directhy aganist submission of written application and a copy of payment receipt to or can be picked up directly a gaints submission fo written application and a copy fo payment recceipt to below addres or email
all bids must be accompanied by a bid security fo 540.000 euros or 60.000.000.000 rials and be delivered to the adress below by 12 noon on 5 november 2019 they will be opened immediately therafter in the peresenc of biddrs rdpesentatives who choose to attend at the address below late bids will be rejected and returned unopened
