Dear Sir.Madam,
We kindly request you to provide us your most competitive offer for 300,000 (KG) Poly
Propylene Granules, Grade R530A & RP260 from the above-mentioned Companies or
based on the attached specifications related to the Iranian Manufacturer SPEC which we use
currently, only in EUR currency on TT OR Deferred payment as term of payment based on "FOB
& CFR" And "FCA & CPT (AIR.Truck.Train)" price separately for each required the a.m grades,
which must be sent in a sealed envelope to our Company's Security Department with following
specifications before end of 04:00 (pm) Tehran Time - Saturday 23 May, 2026.

2. Any received quotes after the set Dead-Line will NOT be considered as valid.
3. Your offer must be valid at least for 6 (Four) Months.
4. The Shortest Delivery Time should be mentioned in your quote.
5. The Country of Origin should be mentioned in your quote.
6. The Manufacturer name and Beneficiary name and address should be mention in your quote
7. The COA (CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS) should be sent along with quotation.
8. Please send us the Agency Letter from the Manufacturer to the Seller.
9. Please Mention Related Shelf Life of Goods.
10. Please take note that in case of wining the tender and if there is no purchase history related to the
mentioned Material in Darou Pakhsh Company, we should buy just a Trial batch cargo for the first
time, based on our internal policy.
The offered prices should not change in trial batch order quantity.
11. Please note that this price inquiry does not grant any rights, and it is crucial to have all quoted prices
confirmed by the Trade Committee for the intended purposes. The Trade Committee will notify the
selected winner via email.
12. Priority will be given to Companies that can offer DDP term of delivery in Rial currency based on the
official CBI Rate.
13. Payment will be granted to the EUR Bank Account. Please consider all transferring fees, also, any
14. price increase will not be accepted
Our required material would be 300,000 (KG) not 600,000 (KG) so, please consider it in your offer.
15.** The policies of DP and TPICO require that the winning Tenderer submit a Sales Representative
Letter. If the Manufacturer does not approve this letter, the purchase will be canceled.
