8. Please note that this price inquiry does not grant any rights, and it is crucial to have all quoted, prices confirmed by the trade committee for the intended purposes. The trade committee will notify the selected winner via email
9. Priority will be given to companies that can offer DDP term of delivery in Rial currency
based on the official CBI rate.
10. Payment will be granted to the EUR bank account. Please consider all transferring fees, also, any price increase will not be accepted.
11. The policies of DP and TPICO require that the winning tenderer submit a sales representative letter. If the manufacturer does not approve this letter, the purchase will be canceled.
