Performance Guarantee:
-Prior to issuance of TT by MIS Company, the Buyer MUST deliver an amount equal to USD $ 2ts of his her tonal offer amount (total offer amount offered price total needed product) in cash or its equivalent in USD/Euro/AED within at most 24 hours from notification to buyver to MIS effior in UAE ne Turkoty (Picas pay attention this procedure shall not be more than one working day)
If payment is not settled within the specified time span, MIS reserves the right to cancel the deal and
deposit money will not be paid back..
-MIS neserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason
-Incomplete offers that do not conform strictly to prescribed terms and conditions in this tender
invitation will not be considered.
