-Prior to issustice of 'Pi by MIS Company, the Buyer MUST deliver an amount equal to USD $ 2% of his her total offer amont (total offer amount offered price stal nood prosduct) in cash or its equivalers in USD/Tum AED within at med 24 hours from notification to huyor to MIS office in UAll or Turkey.
(Pleas pay attention this procedure shall not be more than one working day)
-If payment is not settled within the specified time span. MIS reserves the right to cancel the deal and
deposit money will not be paid tuck.
MIS reserves the right to reject all offers without stating any reason.
- Incomplete offers that do not conform strictly to prescribed terms and conditions in this tender
invitation will not be considered.
