Global petrotech Fzco intended to submit a
Bid to sale its Jack-up Rig Global pearl

To collect the Bid Document from the address as mentioned below
2nd Floor ,No.15 ,sattari Blvd .Nelson Mandella (Jordan) Tehran .iran before 2:00:00
p.m…. on 30 & 31 may 2017
A pre –bid inspection will be held at the Global pearl rig site on 12th & 13th june 2017
In ISOICO yard-i.e .Bander Abbass ship Building yard you are expected to attend at your own cost for transportation and accommodation and etc
subsequently ,a clarification meeting shall be held on 20th june at GPT FZCO

Each Bidder shall submit 2 offers based on the following options
Option 1: As is where is basis with the equipment attached list as per IADC Format
Option 2-As is where is basis without the equipment and machinery as is stated in the attached documents to the Global pearl specification as Exhibit-2 which will be submitted to the bidders accordingly
The owner i.e GPT FZCO reserves the right to reject any and all bids ,to award the contract to other than the highest bidder and to waive any informality in bidding .All the Bidders are obliged to submit a proof of fund from their bank to submitted along with a cover letter to seller
The bidder ,will be reuired to furnish a PBG ,amounting to 50.000 USD for the faithful performance of the purchase contract and should be valid 3 months and extendanle for additional 3 months if required .In the event the bidder prefers to pay in Rials it shall be at the free market value declared by the local exchanger .if the successful bidder refuses ti execute the sales/purchase Agreement then the seller reserves the right to confiscate the PBG
The final Date /closing dats for submission of the proposal is 28 jine 2017 Bids will be opend at that time and you are invited to presented to be presented at the opening date
