For the Establishment of Power & Steam Generation Plant
part one of Mokran Utility, Phase1
The deadlne for receiving the documents and submission of proposal regarding tender number ITB/MAN-30/2015/1-1 for the establishment of combined power and steam generation plant of Mokran Ab Niroo Company has been extended.
Mokran Abniro Company (OWNER/LESSEE),invites interested Bidders (CONTRACTOR/LESSORS) to provide their proposals, on Build Lease Transfer (BLT) basis which encompasses the EPCC for phase one (out of 3) of the plant with due regard the nessary provisions for expansion of the plant in phases 2 and 3, and the following:

BFW to HRSGs is estimated value which shall be verified by EPC contrractor of the unit
the required output shall be via 2 GTGs/HRSHs
Location of the Plant
The Plant will be located inside battery limit of the Mokran Abniro Company in the land allocated within Mokran Petrochemical Complex in chabahar Free Trade and Industrial Zone (CFTIZ) in sistan Baloochestan povince in south east of Iran.
EPCC Cntract and the lease Agreement shall be to prevailing tax exemption and other legal protections offered by CFTIZ
Scope of Work
the scope of the work includes (but not limited to)the followings, as detailed in the tender Documents:
Basic/Detail Engineering
supply of Equipment, Materials and spare Parts
Construcion, Erection and Pre-commissioning
Commissioning,start-up and performance test(s)
Training
Arranging financing facilities on BLT basis
Leasing back the plant to the OWNER/LESSEE for a preriod of 5 yuears
Transferring the plant back to the OWNER at the end of lease period and upon fulfillment of the OWNWR's reponsibilites.
The Bidding would be in two stages. First stage shall be devoted to pre-qualification of Bidders, emphasising their financial capabilities. Only those Bidders who fulfilthe pre-qualification requirements will be invited to stage two.
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any o r all Bidders for the first stage without assigning any reason thereof
The deadline for receiving the tender documents is extended up to 16.07.2015, 4PM
The deadline for submission of proposal is also extended up to 22.07.2015, 4PM
