  شرح آگهی: نوبت اول شرکت مهندسي و توسعه گاز ايران IN THE NAME OF ALLAH IGEDC INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFICATION PHASE (POP) Tob ) Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company (IGEDC) intends to proceed for the Call for Tender (CFT) for its Gas Storage Project in Iran, thus, hereby wishes to invite qualified and reputable prospective Tenderers/Bidders to participate in its Pre-Qualification Phase as explained hereunder: BACKGROUND OF GAS STORAGE PROJECT AT KHANGIRAN FIELD The IGEDC Gas Storage Project at Shurijeh Reservoir, Khangiran Field, has been defined under two Phases: (a) the 1* existing Phase that is currently under the operation storing 2.25 BCM per Annum utilizing the existing facilities, and (b) the 2 Phase that is defined under the current Build, Operate and Transfer (B.O.T.) arrangement. The scope of the 24 Phase development project briefly constitutes the drilling and completion of new wells and construction of the necessary upstream and downstream facilities such as gas gathering-distribution lines, gathering manifolds, gas treatment plant as well as gas injection facilities. Tenderers/Bidders are hereby required to fully engage in the 2nd phase of the project from A-Z under B.O.T. scheme. The terms and conditions of the B.O.T. arrangement shall be submitted by IGEDC as per the specific appendix to be attached to the CFT document in due course. Upon successful development of BOT and commencement of the gas storage operations of the field, the existing 1* phase gas storage operation of the Field shall also be transferred to the BOT' investor contractor for the integrated and comprehensive gas storage operations of the Field. The expected duration for the BOT development plan (i.e. the 2nd Phase) is 36 months from the effective conclusion of the BOT contract and the estimated capital cost (CAPEX) of the 2nd Phase of the Project is around 611 million Euro. The annual operating costs (OPEX) for the operation activities of the two mentioned phases is estimated to be around 25 Million Euro for the first year from the commencement date of the operating activities of the Project. PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS IGEDC intends to apply for its request for proposal to implement Gas Storage Project under B.O.T. arrangement in two phases: (1) Pre-Qualification Phase (PQP) and (2) CFT Phase which will be carried out aftermath the pre-qualified companies are shortlisted, selection and invited to participate in the CFT Phase. The current Phase is defined just to invite prospective Tenderers/Bidders for the PQP. INDICATIVE TIME LINE FOR POF In order to collect the pre-requisite data and information from the prospective Tenderers/Bidders, and then after to be shortlisted under the PQP, the Pre-Qualification Forms (PQF) shall be submitted to IGEDC at the latest day specified in the PQP file. COSTS AND EXPENDITURES FOR PQP Tenderers/Bidders are responsible for bearing their own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of responses and submission of the completed PQF. Thus, this PQP shall neither result to any duties or obligations to IGEDC, nor cause any liability, with whatsoever nature, to IGEDC.
